Processing & delivery

• Orders are processed and handed to our courier within 24 hours (1 business day).
• Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days anywhere in the UAE (Dubai orders often arrive next day).
• You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

• Shipping is free on the 2-mask bundle (orders of AED 97+).
• Single masks ship at the standard rate shown at checkout before you pay.
• Promotional free-shipping offers, when active, are applied automatically at checkout.

Issues with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days, contact us via our contact page and we'll chase it down immediately. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct — our courier will call before delivery.

Returns
