• Refunds are issued in full to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.

Conditions

• The guarantee applies to purchases made on strandebeauty.com and covers up to one opened mask per customer per order. Additional unopened masks from the same order (e.g. from a bundle offer) are also fully refundable.
• For unopened, unused items you may alternatively request a return within 30 days of delivery; return shipping for unopened items is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
